Together with Koppert Cress, pioneers in microgreens and edible plants used by chefs and bartenders around the world, we will discover how fresh seasonal ingredients can elevate cocktail creativity.
Brand Ambassador Lyndon Hachey from the House of Suntory will guide guests through a tasting of Suntory Roku Gin, sharing insights into its Japanese botanicals and craftsmanship. Renowned Beverage director Martin Eisma, from Sins of Sal Amsterdam , will then demonstrate how he translates the principles of Shun, seasonality and Roku Gin into his cocktail creations, including modern flavor-extraction techniques.
