THE HAND OF THE MAKER
Paciano Cruz Nolasco is a legend and one of the greatest mezcal producers the world will ever know. He makes Vida and was one of the first to produce for Del Maguey. Today, his son Marcos is a vital part of the family tradition. Their mezcals are a reflection of their character as well as the village of San Luis Del Rio that is deeply tied to the land where the Red Ant River flows; both dry and smooth, strong and resilient. A vibrant Zapotec elixir.

It has a slight sweetness, with hints of tropical fruit like pineapple, complemented by a peppery spice and a touch of herbal bitterness. The taste is bold but balanced, offering a complexity that evolves as it moves across the tongue.
Finish
The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of smoke, pepper, and a faint sweetness that slowly fades away. The overall sensation is clean and crisp, with the agave character remaining present even after the sip.
