No.3 Gin

20ml

Dutch Cacao

20ml

Cocchi Americano

20ml

fresh lemon juice

2 drops of

saline solution (4 salt : 1 water)

Step

Shake all the ingredients with ice cubes and fine strain in a chilled coupe

Step

Garnish with a lemon zest
