During this hands-on session, we dive into KOTA Pandan Liqueur: where it comes from, why pandan deserves a permanent place behind the bar, and—most importantly—how it behaves in a cocktail. Sweet? Yes. Aromatic? Absolutely. Predictable? Never. And that’s exactly the point.
Together with fellow bartenders, you’ll experiment freely with KOTA Pandan and the wider Cooper & Barrel portfolio, building drinks that make sense on paper and behind a busy bar. Classics get nudged, signatures get born, and bad ideas are allowed (some of them turn out to be very good).
No judges. No ego. Just good bottles, sharp minds, and plenty of ice.
