Michter’s US*1 Straight Bourbon is crafted in small batches, never distilled in massive volumes. Every drop begins with carefully selected American corn and grains. The mash bill is cooked slowly, and fermentation is patiently nurtured. What makes this bourbon truly special, though, is its barreling. Unlike most, Michter’s enters the barrel at a lower proof—around 103—allowing for richer flavor extraction and smoother integration of oak and spirit over time.
